We do not offer returns or refunds except in the case of missing, damaged, or defective items upon arrival. If you believe your order is missing items or has arrived damaged or defective, please send an email with your order number and questions to email@example.com
We only allow for refunds if an item is lost in transit or arrives defective/damaged and we do not have the ability to replace it. Please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org if you believe your order has been lost in transit. We will launch a missing mail search with the courier to try and find the missing order, or file an insurance claim with the courier. If your parcel can not be found by the courier and is officially labeled by them as “lost” we will arrange to replace your order or refund it. The amount refunded will reflect the order value as well as the amount paid for shipping per the shipping method you chose at checkout.
In the event of a defective/damaged item please email email@example.com so that we can arrange for the defective/damaged item to be returned for refund/replacement. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of a refund if the defective/damaged item cannot be replaced.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at email@example.com to arrange return shipping and replacement.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. If you are approved for a refund the amount will include your order value and original shipping cost but not the cost you paid to return the item. If we decide to replace a damaged/defective item you will not be charged additional shipping.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
