These fit the PRC Quantum and Shifter tips by Protocol. they come with matching 510 top tip and locking nut base. These are made using dense twist 316/304 Stainless Damasteel and come with black Zirconium knurled Choker locking nut on the warp pipe Damasteel and smooth Black Zirconium locking nut on the rest. The gold plated option is using a 24k hard gold plating.
